The meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Folklore

On the 4 th of May the regular meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Folklore ANAS . Giving the information about the problems the secretary of the Scientific Council, the correspondent member of the ANAS Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov opened the meeting.

The first problem of the meeting was about the

individual work plans of post graduate study and the scientific secretary of the Institute Ph.D. Elchin Abbasov gave information about that problem. The Scientific Council affirmed the individual work plans.

Later the information about the other problem – the theme “Ajdar Farzali is an investigator of the monuments Gamigaya-Gobustan” was given by the chairman of the meeting. The correspondent member of the ANAS Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov told about the useful cooperation relations with the other science branches. Before the report the short video material prepared in ANAS about the investigation carried out on the theme of Gamigaya-Gobustan monuments by Ajdar Farzali was shown. Then the report by Miralakbar Seyidov who is the chairman of the “ Agra ” Sociable Unity to the Development of the Science was listened with a great interest. First of all the information about the life and scientific activity of A.Farzali was given. Then the reporter told the aim of the investigations about Gamigaya-Gobustan monuments by A.Farzali. In the report the thoughts, analysis, results were affirmed by the facts.

After the report the discussions about the theme were begun.

Professor K.Aliyev, Professor F.Bayat, Ph.D.Nizami Muradoglu, Doctor of Sciences on Philology Ramazan Gafarli, Ph.D.Atesh Ahmedli, director of the Scientific Centre Nushaba Mammadova, Ph.D. Huseyn Ibrahimov also spoke about the theme.

At the end of the meeting the secretary of the Scientific Council, the correspondent member of the ANAS Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov thanked to the guests and the members of the meeting.
